After husband and I went through a heartfelt trauma dealing with the $200.00 penalty charges for our van getting towed two weeks ago, I discovered to my surprise last week that there was a ticket that was nicely inserted in the wiper of our van. In it was an indication that we had to pay a fee of $70.00 for the penalty and paperwork relative to having our van getting towed! And to make it worse, we had to mail it inclusive with a check. And it had to be sent in by mail ASAP or another charges will be added. What the heck was that? San Francisco, give us a break!!!

$70.00 MORE!
