Kitchen Needs For Making Homemade Ravioli, Baking Breads, Pies And Cookies

Ravioli Roller which doubles as a cookie cutter as well and as a regular rolling pin once the smooth roller covers the textured one inside. Husband purchased this for me online in CANADA. It took more the two weeks before it arrived!

Dough cutter and pastry cloth (this covers the large round wood with tiny flat 4 legs). This is where I do all my mixing of dough when I bake breads, pies, or cookies.

The bread sower we bought two weeks ago during the North Beach Festival...this slices the bread very evenly and smoothly.

WHAT AM I DOING RIGHT NOW?

This is the triplet 6 pounds (or 3 kilos) "Summer Sausage Salami" that I prepared yesterday, ready for wrapping with foil then all is set to baking them for 9 hours on a 150* F (warm oven).
