Pork Chops

LBB was away for a week in Yuma, Arizona and just arrived this noon. To surprise him, I made an apple pie at around 10:30 AM today. And made pork chops, too! He is the only American I know who says that his favorite Pinoy food is "pork chops." LOL!

Once you are ill, problematic, or in the verge of death, your success and social position are nothing more than just trimmings to check on how your value system works. Your strength diminishes you by the hour, minutes and seconds. If you are set to go fast, all comes easy. If not, you suffer mostly. Pray you don't have a lot of pain. You can manage that by starting your life to have a strong moral compass. Have faith. Be humble. Be nice. Do you have faith apart from yourself? That, you have to ask yourself now.
