We got this a month ago at the CONTAINER STORE in SAN FRANCISCO at Market Street. Eversince this store was featured in OPRAH, it has become a favorite habitat for husband and I to go to this shop time and again. Right after purchasing this item, I threw away our old and chunky wooden knife holder that was heavy. It also ate all the space in my little kitchen where an array of baking apparatus are lined up together. This new MAGNETIC KNIFE HOLDER has made my life easier in working in my little kitchen. It is on the right wall near the sink. So all now is compact and very functional, space wise. The cost is reasonable, less than 30 dollars and that's including the 8.75% sales tax in SAN FRANCISCO. Sales tax varies from city to city and state as well. In other states, there are NO SALES TAX like in OREGON. Other cities in Northern California has 7.5 % sales tax charges like in the Central Valley where husband and I used to live. Of course since SAN FRANCISCO is a tourist destination, the tax cut is higher and cost of living is astronomical. Am not complaining as there are a lot of trade-off being here. Ciao!
