Green Salad For A Saturday Lunch



Sounds like a starving woman's diet plan? Think again, NO!

The ingredients I used are:
1. lettuce
2. bean sprout
3. toasted and salted sunflower seeds
4. sharp cheddar cheese
5. fresh parmeganno cheese
6. olive oil
7. half and half
8. sour cream
9. salt
10. garlic powder
11. onion powder
12. shredded carrots
13. spring onion (green onions)
14. Italian corriander
15. pepper
16. lemon juice
17. boiled eggs

Mix all veggies. Sprinkle with olive oil.

Combine another set of olive oil with salt, half and half, sour cream, onion powder and garlic powder. Stir in the cheese. Mix. Add the lemon juice then scoop the salad cream. It's yummy! I didn't even finish mine as I was so full due to the cream. Yikes! But it was delicious!
