33 Years After, We Found Our Way Through The Internet

One day this week, I sent an email to an old classmate of mine in high school. Unknown to me, my email signature was set to ON. Not realizing it was there (personal data), she asked later in her email if the website indicated was mine and I said, “yes.” JOSIE and I had our re-connection this year in February. Since then, we were sending emails time and again.Today, I checked out my guest book here and found her message. She has been here in my blog, reading all that is here, for quite a while (*sigh*). Thanks, Josie. I know it has been 33 years ago since we were in our bobbie socks and pigtails, wearing our blue and white uniform. Now, we are not spring chickens anymore but surely we could pass for somebody younger than our age (laughs)! We may be far but near, thanks for keeping in touch and thanks to the internet- all is a breeze!

  1. How sweet of you, Becha. I told our friends to check out your blog. I also mentioned I'm hooked on it. There's so much useful information and interesting subjects for just about anyone. It's colorful - it's inspiring - it's B-E-C-H-A !!! Sometimes, when I read your journal it is as if things happen by coincidence. I can relate to a lot of the things you've done and encountered...we're almost like paralleling each other (well except that I've almost always been here while you've been world-trekking).

  2. Thanks for the feedback, Josie! Yes, sometimes we meet people or we have friends rather who share the same experience we do. We have parallelism because nature worked its way like that. Regards!
