It was my first attempt to bake it and it turned out well...creamy! We had this for snacks and as "dessert" after dinner! Perfect with hot tea or coffee! Husband loves scones and he influenced me to love this English muffin as well. This is not at all sweet...will post the recipe tomorrow. Another one I'd try out tomorrow is "Biscotti." Another one of Blue-Eyed's favorite. BTW, we are still unpacking! To our friends...we'll invite you over once our place looks decent enough to accommodate you all in our tiny but cute abode. Ciao!P.S. We joined the Italians and heaves of folks who trooped our neighborhood last Sunday (yesterday) in celebration of Italy's winning at the World Cup 2006! North Beach had thousands of people yesterday, drinking beer...partying, having fun! The Washington Park was filled with guests and visitors from different parts of the world! More tomorrow.
